Gemma Somogyi
Gemma Somogyi ARAD
Gemma trained with us here at Redbridge Ballet School-formerly known as Redbridge Classical Dance Studios-over 25 year ago, achieving her RAD Advanced 2 Ballet, ISTD Advanced 2 Ballet and ISTD Advanced 2 Modern. Training with London Junior Ballet and performing with London Children's ballet during this period was also a memorable highlight for her.
At 16, Gemma received a three year scholarship to train at London Studio Centre, before completing a certificate in ballet teaching studies with Royal Academy of Dance and gaining her registered teaching status. Gemma enjoyed many years of teaching at RBS before taking a break to have children.
Gemma is absolutely thrilled to be back to where her love for dance began. RBS will always hold a very special place in her heart and is excited to pass on her knowledge and passion for Dance, ignited by her training here, on to the next generation of the RBS family.
