Pre-School Classes

Following on from Baby Bear Ballet classes, children move into our Nursery Ballet sessions from the age of three. In these Pre School classes, pupils learn to follow instruction and participate independently, gently making the transition away from the guiding hands of their parent or guardian. Often supported by the same teacher who introduced them to Baby Bear Ballet, children are able to progress happily alongside familiar friendship groups. 

Through creative, imagery-led classes, a careful foundation of ballet technique is established while enjoyment remains paramount. The use of musical and visual props inspires rhythmic awareness and imaginative expression, while gentle guidance introduces young dancers to the clear structure and etiquette of a ballet class. These principles are further developed as pupils progress into Kindergarten Ballet, where emerging technique becomes more defined and confidence continues to grow.
