How do I trial a class?

We are eager for our customers to trial a session before committing to a full term of classes. If you are clear on the level of class you or child wishes to trial, please book by clicking on the 'Start trial booking' button located in the 'Classes' section. You will need to select the level and location from the drop down list. There is a small administration fee of £5.00 for the trial.

What do I do if I have any queries before committing to a trial?

If you have queries or need further information before committing to a trial please email us via the 'Contact us' page or call us the numbers outlined.

What do I do if I after the trial I have further queries or any reservation?

Please email or ring us and we can assist you further.

What should my child wear for a trial class?

Please bring your child along in something that they feel comfortable to move in such as leggings and t shirt. Bare feet are perfect for the trial session. Adults attending a trial class can wear sports/leisure wear.

Can I watch my child's trial session?

Yes, you are very welcome to stay and watch.

What happens after the trial session?

If the trial is successful we ask you to email us at the end of the session to confirm availability. On receipt of this, you will be directed to register fully via our 'Register Now' button on our 'How to Enrol' page. Once registered we will welcome you to our school and forward an invoice for the remaining sessions in the term.

Does my child need an RBS uniform?

Yes they do. We have a set school uniform for Pre School classes and above (Baby Bear ballet does not require a uniform) All uniform requirements are outlined on our Uniform page and are available from our Online shop on this website. 

What happens if my child or I miss a session?

Although we do not refund missed sessions, we offer multiple classes throughout the week and as such, if a class is missed you are welcome to request a make session at another lesson of the same standard.
